Property Management Services manages an extensive portfolio of strata titled residential and industrial complexes, apartment buildings, and commercial & industrial real estate throughout the Greater Seattle Area. Many industrial & commercial building owner/occupiers are also discovering the benefits of our Facilities Management Division. We manage each property as if it was our own, paying a great deal of attention to every management detail, including but not limited to; the physical asset, accounting, budgeting and comprehensive reporting to our clients.

We insist on a consistent, high standard of performance from our management team and from our contractors in the field. Our Philosophy
It is our goal to provide excellent service to our clients through a responsive attitude, active pursuit of our clients' objectives, and timely reporting. In the process we focus on developing a high level of trust and strong relationships with our clients.

Property Management Services is built on four basic principles - quality people, solid property management knowledge, responsive customer service, and superior systems and support capabilities. These principles, combined with creative vision, a pervasive entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to being the best, enable us to create superior real estate value and a positive customer service experience for our clients.

Leadership Team
Principal, has been involved in senior management specializing in property management, commercial sales and leasing segments of the real estate industry for more than 25 years. He spent several years with a major international real estate firm responsible for one of the largest commercial property management portfolios in the US.

Principal, has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Urban Land Economics and Finance. Andrew has over twelve years experience in both commercial and residential real estate management. In addition to management expertise, he is licensed as the Nominee for the company.

Both Principals are active in the day-to-day management of properties, which ensures that they remain up to date on current issues facing their clients and staff.
